Mild 2 Spicy is an online food-ordering service platform connecting consumers to Food Establishments. Our Platform allows consumers to order food, online from various local Food Establishments listed in our platform. Consumers will pre-pay order during the ordering process.
Food Establishments from which the food is ordered, can accept the order and prepare the food as ordered. Food can be delivered by the Food Establishments or picked up by the consumer depending on the option selected by the customer in the platform.
Mild 2 Spicy is strictly a Platform. It is not a Food Establishment, nor does it prepare food for sale or for delivery. Food Establishments operates independently of Mild 2 Spicy. Mild 2 Spicy is not liable for representations made by Food Establishments, the quality of their food, the services they provide, their food preparation processes and practices and does not verify their compliance with all applicable laws.
We might collect your name, email, mobile number, phone number, street, city, state, pin code, country and IP address.
We might collect your billing name, billing address and payment method when you book a catering service or a meal from our application. We NEVER collect your credit card number or credit card expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit card on our website. We do not store any Net banking, Payment Wallets, Debit Card or any details under any circumstance. Payment information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partner, Stripe.
